🚀 End-to-end digital transformation of enterprise business processes powered by Microsoft’s integrated technology stack.
Executive Summary
We delivered a comprehensive digital transformation solution for our client by designing and implementing an integrated business platform built on the Microsoft ecosystem. The objective was to replace fragmented systems with a centralized, scalable, and automation-driven architecture powered by Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft Dataverse.
The solution unified external customer portals, vendor portals, internal business applications s.a. CRM, Project Management, Customer Management, and enterprise automation workflows into a single secure Microsoft cloud environment.

Implemented Solution
We architected a layered digital ecosystem combining Azure services, Power Platform, and Dataverse as the core database.
👉 (A) External-Facing Digital Portals
We implemented dynamic web portals hosted on Azure Static Web Apps, integrated securely with Dataverse at the backend. Following applications are built

These portals were secured using Microsoft Entra (External Identity for Customers & Vendors) and connected to Dataverse for real-time data interaction.
Azure Functions were used for server-side processing, business logic execution, and API integrations.

We implemented Microsoft Dataverse as the underlying enterprise database, ensuring:
